How to Register - You have two easy options:

This system will be able to confirm availability immediately and show an accurate count of how many spaces are open in each session. The site is secure and will accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

We will enter registrations as soon as they are received. If there are limited spots open in a session please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to hold a spot. Since the online system updates in real time spaces can be taken at any time.
All programs are held at 1730 Ellington Road, South Windsor at Connecticut ART School.
During the themed sessions we will work
outdoors, weather permitting, for some projects. We have portable easels and mats that we can bring outside and a nice grassy area to work. We will also be working in the school classrooms which are air conditioned. It’s great to have the option to work both indoors and out so we can easily adjust to the weather and the type of project we’re working on.
Class size is limited. We suggest you register early to
reserve a space.
In every class we will stress the process of art rather than trying to achieve a
perfect result. By working in a supportive environment we’ll encourage each other to try new things. We’ll take time to really look at what we’re creating and spend some time
playing with different art materials.
Themed session descriptions may change somewhat depending on the interests of each group and the length of time projects take to complete.
Our teachers are awesome! We are proud to have teachers who are not only skilled, trained, experienced artists but patient, encouraging mentors. We work hard to get to know our students so we can challenge them and help them to create their best work. Our school is all about art - it's all we do. Our summer programs are jam packed with creativity and hands on fun.
Summer Refund Policy:
Since space is limited
we can not offer any refunds or makeups.
If you can't make it to a drawing class or Mini Camp you can send a sibling or family member in your place. If you miss a day for a themed session we will do our best to give you materials/projects to complete at home. We require a minimum of 6 students for summer
drawing classes, maximum 10.
4-day Themed Sessions -
New - We listened to your suggestions and we've changed the ages for the 4 day themed sessions. We are now offering a younger session for kids 7-10 and an older session for kids 11-14. If you have a child slightly younger or older and you think they would love these sessions please email us to discuss. Our days are fast paced and we do art the whole time - it's the perfect summer adventure for art loving kids!
All younger sessions will include drawing, painting, and 3D crafts related to the theme. We pride ourselves on developing cool projects (you won't be gluing fun foam door signs here). Projects could include: papier mache, Sculpey clay, Shrinky Dinks, printmaking, mosacis, jewelry, and more. We're testing projects now getting everything ready for summer.
Older sessions are designed primarily for middle school students. The projects and drawings are age appropriate and fun.
There are both morning and afternoon sessions. We meet 3.5 hours a day, Monday through
We take 16 campers per session - with 2 or more teachers per session every camper gets lots of attention.
Please bring a water bottle and nut-free snack each day and wear clothes you can get paint on.
Registration is $170 per session.
We are pleased to offer a $10 discount per camp for
additional family members or additional camps - the discount will apply to each camp and each camper. (Each camp will be $160).

Six campers are required for a camp to begin. Since enrollment is limited camp fees will not be refunded unless there is a child on the waiting list who can fill your spot. There are no refunds or makeups for missed classes.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse enrollment as
necessary. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and students who do not comply will not be allowed to
continue. Any remaining tuition is non-refundable.
Mini Camps Just for 5&6 Year Olds -
Camps are $28 per session. You can register for any combination of morning and afternoon sessions. Choose as many weeks as you like.
Tuesday & Wednesday Evening Drawing Classes -
6-week drawing session, all materials included, $144. Since these classes are only offered once during the summer there are no makeups or refunds for missed classes. If you can't attend a class you can send an age approriate sibling or friend to take your place. Classes are broken down into two age groups: 7-10 and 11-14 to make it easy for siblings to attend at the same time and to help with carpooling.
