Celebrate your Birthday at CT Art School!!!

We have lots of choices. We have drawing options for 6-8 year olds and both drawing or painting options for 8+ year olds.
Details are listed after the options. At the end of this page there is a form to submit if you would like to know if a date is available. We host parties on Fridays from 4:30-6:30 pm or 6:00-8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 1:30-3:30 pm.

We’ve created a variety of projects that work really well with groups. It’s important that every guest has a great time and feels successful. Every artist can choose their own colors and personalize their drawing. It’s so much fun!

Drawing Parties for 6-8 Year Olds
This is a 2 hour event at the Art School. Our party host/teachers will guide your group through a step by step drawing process. We’ll use a variety of art supplies to complete our watercolor paintings. Each guest will leave with a finished drawing.
The cost is $300 for up to 10 guests (birthday child is counted as a guest). We supply everything for the drawing. You are welcome to bring food, drinks, decorations (if desired), and paper goods. We have 2 locations in the same complex: the School and the Studio. Drawing parties are typically held at the school. We only host one party at time so you take over the space. We use the larger classroom for drawing and you can set up the smaller classroom for cake, etc. We have had parents bring very elaborate decorations and food and we have had beautiful simple set ups with cupcakes and juice. We provide the space - you get to decide how to use it.

Painting Parties for 8+ Year Olds
This is a 2 hour event at the Studio. The images are pre drawn on the canvas so during the party the birthday child and guests get to concentrate on painting! Our teachers/hosts will provide lots of guidance and share painting techniques. We’ll be painting on 11x14 wrapped canvases with acrylic paint. The cost is $350 for up to 10 guests (birthday child is counted as a guest). We supply everything for the paint party. You are welcome to bring food, drinks, decorations (if desired), and paper goods. We have 2 locations in the same complex: the School and the Studio. Painting parties are typically at the Studio which is one big open room. We provide a space to set up food and you are welcome to decorate.
